How to call up Agent Online help
You can call up detailed information about a particular agent. The agent online help will tell you about its function, how to work with it and about the structure of the result table.
How it works:
1. In the agent panel move your mouse-pointer directly on the agent whose online help you want to call up.
2. Now click the right mouse-button. The button Online-Hilfe fⁿr Agenten will be called up.
3. Click on that button to load the help system in the browser panel.

At the moment the agent online help is only available in German.
